Full Paper Submission Guidelines

  1. Go to the ISCOMICE registration page

  2. Complete the registration form

  3. Once you have filled out the form, please wait for a confirmation email with a link to the paper submission page, or you can directly access the submission page

  4. Prepare your full paper according to the following guidelines:

    • The title and content must align with the theme "Innovating for Sustainability: Transforming MICE and Tourism for Global Impact"

    • The topic must be relevant to the focus and scope

    • The maximum word count for the paper is 6,000 words

    • The paper must be written in well-structured, proficient English with proper grammar

    • All citations must follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style

    • The file must be submitted in PDF format and named Name_Full Paper ISCOMICE 2025

  5. Upload your paper in the designated section and click "Submit" to finalize your submission

  6. Once your paper is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment of the receipt of your paper via an email

Process Of Evaluation

  1. Within approximately three days after we accept the paper, we will process to screening and reviewing the full paper by reviewers.

  2. Within approximately three weeks, the author will receive the review result of the paper by email.

  3. After receiving the email and require for a revision, the revision result must be submitted within one month.

  4. The revision would came out with the notes so that the revision process could be more efficient.

  5. The revision result must be re-submit on the website of ISCOMICE and the file must be named by Name_Full Paper Revision ISCOMICE 2025 in the PDF format.
